The product is absolutely gorgeous; my skin feels soaked in moisture. I\'ve been using this and the \"fountain of youth\" moisturiser for 2 1/2 years and I\'m now 40 years old; and the fine lines that I had are less than they were, I think, and certainly no worse, even two years on! The only thing that makes it difficult to shop online is that I\'ve had the same experience as another reviewer, writing many e-mails to which I never received any replies. In my case, Skin Essence needed an answer to a query before they could ship my order. I replied to their e-mail several times over a period of several months, but they clearly didn\'t receive my replies. I also tried to e-mail from the Skin Essence website, but when I wrote my e-mails, I could find no button that said \"send e-mail\" or anything similar. I called several times, but since I was calling from the UK, it was hard to find a time at which the appropriate person could call me back. Eventually I talked with the right person, who happened to be there at the time I called; I answered the query and the order was shipped immediately.
