My boyfriend used this product and asked me about it much to my surprise - he said that he felt refreshed and energized and ready to start his day! He really liked the smell, too. I ordered 2 for him - anything that gets a beautiful black man jazzed for his work day is a blessing in my book!
I personally, use it with 2 loofah mitts (it provides just enough friction to bring a blush to the skin and it works better than just a washcloth). I turn my music on and "get to scrubbin'".
My skin is dry -it works wonders for my skin. I'm feeling my ankles now, 3:00p.m. - they are still soft from this morning's use!
