Shipping

Skin Essence always works hard to process and ship your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped using UPS, FedEx, or USPS, and each package is sent fully insured. In-stock items are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Please take into consideration the time required to process and pack your order when estimating the arrival time of your package. Shipments cannot be made to P.O. Boxes. Items will ship when the total order is complete. Online orders are currently available exclusively to customers in the United States and Canada. International customers must contact Skin Essence before placing an order online through the Skin Essence web site.

All shipping charges which apply to your order will be automatically calculated and presented to you during the checkout process on the Skin Essence web site. If you have any questions or concerns regarding shipping, please be sure to contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to assist you.

Returns

Skin Essence always guarantees your satisfaction with our skin care products! If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it within 15 days of receipt of shipment and we will provide a full refund of your purchase (does not include any shipping charges). Any item returned must be in its original condition and in its original packaging. A full refund will be applied to your original purchase credit card for the price of the item(s) returned that meet these conditions.
